If a computer protected with Computrace LoJack for Laptops Premium Edition is stolen, Absolute will recover it or you may be eligible to receive up to $1000.

To qualify:

• Install on laptop and make sure your PC is calling the Monitoring Center on a regular basis

• In the event of a theft

  • the Computrace Agent must successfully complete a call at least once within 60 days of the theft.

  • Report the Theft to your local police department immediately. Then notify Absolute Software's Theft Recovery Team no later that 90 days from the date of actual theft.

• Is Data Delete Activated. If this feature is activated, the Service Guarantee is null and void. Data Delete is a powerful protection tool which remotely and completely, erases the entier hard drive of the stolen computer -- allowing you to keep confidential data out of the hands of strangers -- is activated.

*Absolute Software's Service Guarantee is not a laptop insurance policy nor a replacement for insurance. Absolute does not insure a computer against loss or theft.
